About Our Service in Tavolara, Molara & Capo Coda Cavallo
The day begins at 09:00 from Porto Cervo Marina, where you’ll be welcomed aboard your private yacht by an experienced local skipper. Shortly after, we cruise along the Costa Smeralda’s iconic coastline, pausing at Pevero Bay, Romazzino, and Capriccioli. These early stops offer warm, transparent waters ideal for a morning dip, all with a view of luxury villas nestled between granite cliffs.
By mid-morning, we reach the archipelago of Mortorio, Soffi, Nibani, and Le Camere. These small, uninhabited islands present an otherworldly landscape of crystalline shallows and hidden pools. Le Camere, in particular, is known as Sardinia’s “natural swimming pool”—its calm turquoise waters perfect for floating, snorkeling, or simply basking in serenity.
As the coast opens into deeper blue, we continue to Capo Figari and Cala Moresca. This dramatic limestone headland not only boasts stunning vistas but also historical resonance as a site of Guglielmo Marconi’s early radio experiments. A relaxing lunch can be enjoyed at anchor, surrounded by natural beauty and total calm.
In the afternoon, we enter the protected marine area surrounding Tavolara and Molara. Tavolara Island’s vertical cliffs rise steeply from the sea, forming one of the most striking profiles in the Mediterranean. The waters here are prized for biodiversity, making it ideal for guided snorkeling or beach landings at the white sands of Spalmatore di Terra. Molara Island adds an additional layer of interest with its surreal rock formations and untouched bays.
Our final destination is Capo Coda Cavallo, a gently sweeping peninsula offering panoramic views, golden beaches, and often flocks of flamingos. It’s an ideal setting to relax and take in the coastal serenity before returning northward.
As the day winds down, we retrace our route back to Porto Cervo between 17:00 and 18:00, closing a full circle of scenic beauty, hidden marvels, and total luxury on the sea.
