Escape to the wild, unspoiled beauty of the Pontine Archipelago with a 7-night skippered yacht charter designed for adventure and serenity. Departing from Marina di Stabia, this off-the-beaten-path itinerary takes you to remote volcanic islands like Ventotene and Ponza, with added stops in Palmarola and Ischia. Aboard the superb Sanlorenzo 78, this charter is ideal for seasoned sailors and nature lovers who prefer authenticity, solitude, and natural splendor over tourist crowds.

About Our Service in Ventotene, Ponza, Palmarola & Ischia:
This journey emphasizes discovery and tranquility, with longer open-sea crossings balanced by multiple nights anchored in pristine coves. Your skipper handles navigation, planning, and all onboard operations, leaving you free to take in the untamed charm of Italy’s lesser-known islands. Highlights include Roman ruins in Ventotene, underwater caves in Palmarola, lively Ponza harbor nights, and volcanic spas in Ischia. Expect a sailing experience that’s immersive, relaxed, and unforgettable.

Day 1 – Saturday | Embarkation at Marina di Stabia (17:00)
Arrive at Marina di Stabia in the late afternoon. After welcome drinks and a yacht briefing with the captain, settle into your cabin and enjoy dinner onboard or at the marina. Overnight stay in port with views of Vesuvius in the distance.

Day 2 – Sunday | Marina di Stabia → Ventotene (40 NM – approx. 6–7 hrs)
Depart early for Ventotene, a remote island rich in Roman heritage and peaceful bays. During the crossing, keep an eye out for dolphins. Upon arrival, moor near the ancient Roman port and stroll through the tiny village. Enjoy dinner at a clifftop trattoria and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Monday | Ventotene → Ponza (22 NM – approx. 4 hrs)
Cruise northwest to Ponza, the most vibrant island of the archipelago. Drop anchor in a scenic cove like Cala Inferno or Chiaia di Luna. Spend the afternoon swimming, paddleboarding, or exploring by tender. In the evening, head to Ponza town for its pastel harbor, local shops, and buzzing summer nightlife. Overnight stay at Ponza.

Day 4 – Tuesday | Day trip to Palmarola (8 NM round-trip)
Take a short round-trip sail to Palmarola, often cited as one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean. This uninhabited paradise offers sea caves, rock arches, and crystal-clear waters. Spend the day snorkeling, kayaking, or enjoying a picnic on deck. Return to Ponza by sunset for a second night.

Day 5 – Wednesday | Ponza → Ischia (45 NM – approx. 6–7 hrs)
Begin a longer crossing south to Ischia, a lush island famous for its thermal springs and vineyards. Anchor near Ischia Porto or Sant’Angelo. After a well-earned sail, unwind with a spa visit or dinner overlooking the sea. Overnight in harbor or at anchor.

Day 6 – Thursday | Full Day in Ischia
Relax ashore or take a scenic hike through gardens such as La Mortella. Visit Castello Aragonese or soak in the mineral-rich pools at Negombo. Optionally reposition to Forio for a sunset cocktail and dinner in a different setting. Overnight onboard.

Day 7 – Friday | Ischia → Marina di Stabia (25 NM – approx. 4 hrs)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and swim before making the final sail back to Marina di Stabia. Arrive in the afternoon, then enjoy a final evening onboard or dine out in Castellammare di Stabia. Overnight at port.

Day 8 – Saturday | Disembarkation (09:00)
After breakfast, disembark by 09:00. You’ll leave with vivid memories of wild islands, volcanic adventures, and private moments in paradise.
