Day 1 – Saturday | Marina di Stabia (Embarkation)

Day 3 – Monday | Ventotene → Ponza (22 NM)

Day 4 – Tuesday | Day trip to Palmarola (8 NM round-trip)

Booking Rules & Policies

Dynamic Pricing Notice: While the base charter fee is fixed, rates are subject to change depending on seasonal demand, weekends, and special events. For the latest pricing, we advise checking date availability or sending an inquiry for a customized offer.

Seasonal Pricing:

• Low Season: €79,350 + VAT + APA

• High Season: €86,250 + VAT + APA

Price Includes: The following are covered under your base weekly charter rate:

• Exclusive use of the yacht with all standard equipment

• Crew services and provisioning

• Basic onboard consumables, linens, and cleaning materials

Price Excludes: The following costs are not included and will be charged from the APA fund:

• Fuel for engines, generators, and water toys

• Transfers, onshore transport, and logistics

• Berthing and marina fees

• Local government taxes and levies

• Satellite communication and Wi-Fi services

• Special gear or equipment hire upon request

Food & Beverage: All meals and drinks are arranged in accordance with your dietary preferences and are provisioned in advance through the APA. The crew ensures that your selections are available onboard throughout your journey.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): The APA—typically 25–35% of the charter fee—is paid prior to embarkation. It is used to cover:

• Fuel and engine-related costs

• Food and beverages for all guests

• Port charges, dockage, and local taxes

• Other variable expenses depending on your route and preferences

The captain manages the APA and will provide a detailed statement at the end of the charter. Any unused funds will be refunded, while overages are payable by the client.

Cancellation Policy:

1. By the Charterer: Should the Charterer cancel the booking prior to the charter period, the Owner is entitled to retain fees based on the cancellation timeline as outlined in your Charter Agreement. The Owner is obligated to try and re-let the vessel and cannot reject reasonable offers. If the yacht is successfully re-let, partial reimbursement or future credit may apply.

2. Non-Payment: If payments are not made as scheduled, and after written notice, the Owner can terminate the contract and retain all funds paid to date.

3. Force Majeure / Vessel Breakdown: If the vessel is rendered non-operational for more than 48 hours, a prorated refund may apply. In case of total loss or extended outage, the charter can be terminated with appropriate reimbursement.

Payment Terms:

• 50% due upon contract signature (signed by all parties)

• Remaining 50% + VAT + APA + other agreed charges (e.g. relocation fees, deposits) due before the start of the charter

• For early bookings (over a year in advance), a 3-installment payment schedule can be arranged with the full balance cleared at least 30 days before departure


Damage deposit : £0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.


Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
