GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Trips are pre-planned to multiple destinations in Indonesia. Additional trips can only be scheduled within the same area, such as Raja Ampat and Komodo. 

• No trips can be accommodated during docking or maintenance periods.

• Trips to and from Bali, as well as Maumere, are not available.

• Cabin Cruises are available only upon request and require a minimum of 6 guests, although private charters are our primary focus.

• All inquiries must be approved by us before any booking can be confirmed.

• All trips are on a request basis, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any booking inquiries.

RESERVATION:

A reservation cannot be held without written confirmation from the agent via email. Bookings made over the phone or WhatsApp are temporary and will be terminated if not confirmed in writing within 48 hours. Once the booking has been confirmed, the Operator will issue an invoice. A proforma invoice can be given to the Agent during the sales process to help validate the transaction.

PAYMENT:

To guarantee your bookings, payment must be received within the Payment terms below. For bookings made 60 days or more before the Cruise Departure Date:

• A 40% deposit of the total net amount of the cruise is due within 7 days of the Invoice Date.

• This deposit is non-refundable unless a booking replacement is found or provided by the Agent or the Operator.

• The balance payment is to be settled 60 days before the Cruise Departure Date.

For bookings made 0-59 days before the Cruise Departure Date:

• The full amount of the Cruise sold must be settled within 7 days of the Invoice Date.

If the Operator does not receive the deposit and/or the balance payment in time, the Operator retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces. These booking rules ensure the timely and secure processing of payments, allowing for the smooth execution of your cruise experience.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• The Operator will select the appropriate terms from the options below: Payment within 7 days of Invoice Date (not date received).

• All prices are in USD and exclude VAT. VAT is to be added to the final invoice minus agent commission at 11%.

• The Agent has the possibility to pay in Euro (EUR), American dollars (USD), or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) after confirming the rates.

• Any bank fees or charges at the Agent’s bank must be paid by The Agent.

• Any bank fees or charges at the Operator’s bank resulting from a bank transfer from the Agent must be paid separately by the Agent.

• In the event of a shortfall due to a foreign country payment, the Agent must pay the shortfall before the reservation will be confirmed.

PRICES:

• Private Cruise: USD 5555 +11% VAT / night – full boat (4 Cabins - 8 Guests)

• Cabin Cruise: Deluxe Cabins: USD 5555 +11% VAT / adult / night, Master Cabin: USD 6360 +11% VAT / adult, Master Deluxe Cabin: USD 7205 +11% VAT / adult

INCLUDES:

• Marine Park, Harbour and Community fees

• Full board with International and Indonesian food including 5 meals / day: 2 breakfasts (1 light + 1 full breakfast), 2/3 course lunch, afternoon snacks, 2/3 course-dinner

• Soft drinks

• Scuba diving for certified divers (fun dives)

• Scuba diving gear and snorkeling (except dive computer)

• NITROX for certified divers

• 1 free massage per person per cruise

• 1 introductory dive per person per cruise for non certified divers

• Snorkeling excursions

• Shore excursions and island expeditions

• Sea Kayak & Stand Up Paddle

• Yacht - Airport or hotel if similar distance.

EXCLUDES:

• All prices are subject to 11% Government Tax

• International and domestic flights & airport tax if any

• Dive insurance (mandatory for scuba divers)

• Travel insurance (recommended)

• Alcoholic beverages

• Dive computer (can be rented for 10$/day)

• Crew gratuities (tips) - at your discretion.

• Extra massages: 30 USD / 45 min massage

• DIVE COURSES: Introductory dives / Bubble maker: 90 USD / dive for 1 pax, 75 USD / pax / dive for 2 pax & more.

• Open Water referrals course: $ 345 for 1 pax - $ 320 / pax for 2 pax & more (PIC not included)

• Advanced Water course: $ 300 for 1 pax - $ 275 / pax for 2 pax & more

• Nitrox Specialty course: $190 for 1 pax - $170 / pax for 2 pax & more

• Anything else not listed in the Inclusions section

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation must be made in writing by email and acknowledged by both parties.

• More than 60 days prior to departure: 40% of the total cruise price will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless a booking replacement is found or provided by the Agent or the Operator.

• 59 - 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the cruise price will be charged as cancellation fees.

• No-show on the Cruise Departure Date: 100% of the cruise price will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If the Operator is unable to deliver services: Alternative arrangements or full compensation will be offered. Legal Code Indonesia applies for permanent inability to deliver services due to uncontrollable circumstances.
