Hello, I’m Renata, a positive, easy-going, and hardworking deckhand with experience on catamaran day cruises in Crete, Greece. I’ve worked on Lagoon and Bali catamarans, supporting both morning and sunset trips, with a strong focus on guest care, safety, and keeping the boat in excellent condition. I enjoy working in a team, I’m active and polite with guests, and I take pride in being reliable during busy operational days. I worked as a deckhand on catamaran day cruises in Crete, Greece, mainly on Lagoon 52F and also Lagoon 450F and Bali 4.1. I supported morning (about 6.5 hours) and sunset (about 3.5 hours) trips, handling full pre-departure preparation and post-trip turnaround. My duties included guest meet-up and check-in, safety/route briefings, assisting the skipper during departures/arrivals and anchoring, managing SUP and snorkeling equipment, supporting service with the hostess, and keeping the deck clean and organized. I also helped with provisioning runs and handled payments via cash and POS. I’m fluent in English and Russian, with basic Italian and French, and I’m eager to keep improving my seamanship while maintaining high hospitality standards onboard.
