13-Day Luxury Yacht Charter from Saint-Malo to Vigo via Brittany, Normandy and Spain

This 13-day charter from Port of Saint-Malo Marina to Vigo offers an outstanding Atlantic route for guests who want more than a single-region cruise. Beginning in one of France’s most historic maritime cities, the journey combines polished embarkation, strong marina infrastructure and a vibrant seafaring atmosphere with a route that steadily unfolds from Brittany and Normandy into Spain’s northern coast and on to Galicia. It is a charter conceived for travelers who appreciate elegant long-distance cruising, destination variety and the assurance that every element of the experience is handled to a premium standard.

Supported by a professional crew of 31, the voyage is entirely crewed and fully service-oriented from reservation through disembarkation. Guests can personalize elements of the onboard lifestyle to suit their preferences, from dining and social arrangements to the overall rhythm of each day. That tailored service is matched by the remarkable capabilities of the 303-foot luxury motor yacht itself, which provides extensive interior volume, highly refined social spaces and exceptional amenities that create a genuine superyacht environment throughout the trip.

Atlantic Discovery from Northern France to Galicia

Day 1 - Saint-Malo, France: Guests board in Saint-Malo and begin with a relaxed introduction to the yacht and its superb onboard atmosphere. Time ashore allows for exploration of the famed fortified town and granite ramparts before the vessel sets out along Brittany’s dramatic coast, marking the start of a beautifully paced multi-country voyage.

Day 2 - Dinard, France: The short cruise to Dinard offers an early taste of coastal elegance. Known for refined villas, attractive seaside walks and a stylish resort character, Dinard creates a graceful second-day stop where guests can enjoy both local charm and the pleasures of returning to a highly luxurious yacht environment.

Day 3 - Cancale, France: In Cancale, Brittany’s oyster traditions take center stage. Guests can visit the famous oyster beds, enjoy fresh seafood and admire expansive bay views before rejoining the yacht for a restful evening as preparations are made for the route’s next longer passage.

Day 4 - Granville, France: Granville adds Norman coastal character through fishing quays, old streets and views toward the Chausey Islands. It is a destination that feels atmospheric rather than overly polished, bringing welcome depth and local texture to the itinerary.

Day 5 - Barneville-Carteret, France: This stop introduces a quieter and more natural side of the coast, with dunes, beaches and a gentle harbor atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a slower day of walking, shoreline views and private relaxation before the yacht continues onward.

Day 6 - Cherbourg, France: Cherbourg brings history, harbor energy and excellent facilities together in one well-equipped port. Maritime museums, naval heritage and waterfront dining offer rewarding options ashore before guests retreat to the yacht’s luxurious comfort for the evening.

Day 7 - Brest, France: Entering Brest marks an impressive Atlantic stage in the voyage, with one of France’s great harbor settings providing scale, maritime identity and strong visual drama. The city’s museums and dockside districts enhance the day, while the yacht remains an exceptional vantage point from which to enjoy the harbor.

Day 8 - Lorient, France: Lorient contributes a fresh sailing-focused energy thanks to its offshore racing reputation and contemporary maritime atmosphere. Guests may explore local markets and waterfront cafés before returning onboard for another refined dinner and restful night in complete privacy.

Day 9 - La Trinité-sur-Mer, France: This prestigious sailing center provides one of the voyage’s most polished marina scenes. Racing yachts, stylish harbor walks and excellent seafood combine to create a destination that feels naturally aligned with the world of superyacht travel.

Day 10 - La Rochelle, France: La Rochelle offers historic towers, lively marinas and charming arcaded streets, making it one of the route’s most architecturally appealing stops. The city combines history and coastal sophistication in a way that suits a long-format charter particularly well.

Day 11 - Bilbao, Spain: Crossing the Bay of Biscay introduces a distinct change of atmosphere as the yacht arrives in Bilbao. Basque culture, major museums and celebrated gastronomy add metropolitan richness to the voyage while the yacht’s calm, spacious setting continues to provide balance and exclusivity.

Day 12 - Santander, Spain: Santander brings elegant seafront boulevards, beaches and a relaxed harbor environment framed by green hills. It is a stylish and comfortable stop that serves as an ideal prelude to the final approach westward.

Day 13 - Vigo, Spain: The charter finishes in Vigo, one of Galicia’s most vibrant ports. Guests can enjoy seafood markets, harbor districts and views toward the Atlantic islands before disembarking after a voyage that has connected French maritime heritage with the culture and coastline of northern Spain in truly elevated fashion.
