Overview
Delivered in July 2021 by Heesen, this 49.8-metre aluminium motor yacht from the celebrated 50m Aluminium FDHF (Fast Displacement Hull Form) series is a modern, performance-efficient platform engineered for long-range cruising with contemporary design credibility. Built with a fast displacement aluminium hull and matching aluminium superstructure, she pairs reduced fuel consumption with excellent seakeeping across a broad speed range, supported by 499 GT and a displacement of approximately 316 tonnes.

Naval Architecture, Styling & Build Pedigree
Van Oossanen Naval Architects developed the naval architecture behind the respected FDHF platform, recognized for efficiency and performance optimization. Omega Architects styled the exterior with a confident modern profile: plumb bow, elongated glazing sections, and clean assertive lines, finished in a timeless white hull and superstructure with teak decks. Construction commenced late 2018, she launched in February 2021, and delivered in July 2021.
Her Marshall Islands flag registration supports international compliance and worldwide cruising. The deck plan is designed for real outdoor living with wide side decks, multiple stair connections between aft deck, bridge deck and sun deck, and a stern transformer platform that shifts between boarding terrace, sea-level lounge, and diving platform. Tender and personal watercraft stowage are positioned forward and serviced by a crane, freeing the stern for guest leisure and “beach club” style use.

Propulsion, Speed & Range
Twin MTU 12V 2000 M72 diesel engines (1,448 hp / 1,080 kW each at 2,300 rpm) deliver a combined 2,896 hp (2,160 kW), driving twin screws through conventional shaft lines. Performance is strong and versatile: up to 19.5 knots maximum, 14 knots cruising, and an approximate 3,750 nautical mile range at 12 knots—ideal for multi-region itineraries without constant fuel stops. Fuel capacity is 45,000 litres, complemented by 16,000 litres of freshwater capacity.

Comfort, Stabilization & Engineering Access
Stabilizers operate both underway and at anchor to significantly reduce roll and enhance guest comfort in varying sea states. Thruster systems assist with low-speed manoeuvring in tight marina environments. The engine room is configured for service practicality with accessible serial plates, organized filtration, cooling circuits, exhaust routing, resilient mounts for vibration reduction, and engineered shafts, couplings, stern tubes and balanced propellers supporting efficient drive dynamics.
Electrical infrastructure includes full generator capacity for hotel loads, battery banks, distribution panels and breakers, inverter/charger systems, and shore power connectivity for straightforward dockside operations. Plumbing systems include pressurized freshwater pumps, bilge arrangements, hot water systems, grey/black water holding tanks, and waste management aligned with international regulations. Safety provisions include fixed machinery-space fire suppression, portable extinguishers, life-saving appliances and verified navigation instrumentation, with antifouling and underwater appendage maintenance executed to superyacht standards.

Guest & Crew Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in 6 cabins, supported by 12 crew in 6 crew cabins including the captain’s cabin. The full-beam main deck owner’s suite benefits from expansive glazing, a refined contemporary ambience, and a private office area separated by sliding pocket doors. Two walk-in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite (double vanity, large shower with bench seating, separate toilet and bidet) create a true owner’s apartment feel.
On the lower deck, the forward VIP suite offers an ensuite with both bathtub and shower and elegant stone finishes. Two double cabins and two twin cabins (each with Pullman berths) complete the guest layout—each with ensuite bathrooms and balanced mirrored arrangements, supporting flexible guest combinations.

Interior Design & Entertaining Flow
Cristiano Gatto Design created an elegant contemporary interior palette using Canaletto walnut, dark-tinted walnut, Novasuede and leather finishes for warmth and depth. Custom pieces include crackle lacquer tables with onyx inlays, Loro Piana fabrics, and travertine detailing. The main salon connects smoothly from aft deck entry through power doors into a dining area served by a discreet dumbwaiter to the galley—improving service speed and discretion. A sky lounge adds a second entertainment area with bar, sofa seating and integrated AV.

Outdoor Amenities, Wellness & Beach Club Use
Exterior spaces include a deck Jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ area, outdoor cinema capability, gym equipment on the sun deck, and a sauna adjacent to the lower-deck gym. The stern transformer platform creates a true beach club environment with adaptable sea-level living and direct water access.

Tenders & Watercraft Package
Included tenders significantly expand daily use and cruising flexibility: an 11.5m Fjord tender, a 7.5m Castoldi RIB Jet Tender, and a 13.41m Frauscher 1414 Demon Air Tender—an unusually comprehensive package for this size range.

Ownership Opportunity & Due Diligence
With recent 2021 delivery, modern engineering standards, and recognized design pedigree, this yacht presents a turnkey acquisition for private global cruising or high-end charter deployment. As standard, buyers are advised to conduct a full pre-purchase survey and sea trial. The transaction process typically involves a written offer with escrow deposit, followed by survey/sea trial, contract negotiation and closing under standard large-yacht sale agreements. Build records, servicing history and compliance certificates are available for review, while VAT/tax considerations depend on jurisdiction and intended operational profile.
