| Charter Documents |
| We require the following documents to be delivered to our office latest 2 weeks before the check-in |
| 1. Crew List with Full names, Birth dates, Nationalities, Passport numbers |
| 2. The copy of the sailing license of the skipper |
| 3. The copies of the passports of the skipper/charterer and at least other 1 crew member |
| 4. Signed Yacht Charter Contract and appendices |

| At the end of the charter the yacht must be delivered to the base with full fuel and empty holding tanks latest on Friday 17:00 hr. |
Cancellation Conditions *50% of the total charter fee will be paid as down payment latest within 3 days following the reservation date. Balance will be paid latest 6 weeks prior to the embarkation date. Otherwise reservation is automatically cancelled. |
| a.Latest 12 weeks before the charter date, the full amount of charter fee less € 300 of cancellation fee will be refunded. |
| b.Latest 10 weeks before the charter date, 20 % of the charter fee and € 300 of cancellation fee are to be paid. |
| c.Latest 8 weeks before the charter date, 50 % of the charter fee and € 300 of cancellation fee are to be paid. |
| d.Latest 6 weeks before the charter date, 60 % of the charter fee and € 300 of cancellation fee are to be paid. |
e.Latest 4 weeks before the charter date, 100 % of the charter fee and crew fees if hired are to be paid.
