● Urgent Cancellation by Lessor: In exceptional cases, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the booking within 4 days of signing the agreement, issuing a full refund of any payments made to the guest.

Cancellation Policy:

To provide flexibility and transparency, the following cancellation policy applies:

● Up to 7 days after booking: Full refund of all payments made if canceled within 7 days of booking confirmation.

● More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded to the guest.

● Less than 30 days before departure: 85% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the remaining 15% refunded to the guest.

● Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with no refund applicable.
