Payment Policy & APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance): 

For certain high-end luxury yachts, an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required in addition to the charter fee. This system is designed to simplify operational expenses during your cruise.

  • An APA of 30% of the charter fee is charged in advance for ultra-luxury yachts.
  • Food, beverages, port fees, and other operational costs are paid directly to the captain prior to departure.
  • The APA is used to cover expenses such as fuel, provisions, harbour fees, oil, and other consumables incurred during the cruise.
  • The captain manages these funds on your behalf and provides detailed receipts for all expenditures.
  • If total spending is less than the APA amount, the unused balance is refunded to the guest before disembarkation.
  • If expenses exceed the initial APA, guests are required to settle the difference before leaving the yacht.

Dining & Onboard Provisioning:

Your onboard dining experience is tailored to your preferences. Provisions include all consumable items you will require during your holiday, including meals, beverages, cleaning supplies, gas cylinders, and ice. Guests may select one of the following provisioning options:

Option 1 – Pre-Arrival Provisioning Service: A personalised food list is prepared based on your preferences, stocked onboard before arrival, and paid for upon embarkation directly to suppliers by cash or credit card. This is the most time-efficient option.

Option 2 – Self Provisioning: Guests may personally handle food and beverage shopping according to a pre-agreed list and have the items loaded onto the yacht prior to departure.

Option 3 – Full-Board Catering Package: Choose between Standard, Luxury, or Deluxe menus at €35–€55 per person per day, excluding alcoholic drinks. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages on board without extra corkage fees.

In all cases, meal preparation and service are handled entirely by the crew. Provisioning quantities are calculated to include the crew’s consumption as well.

Cancellation Policy: 

The following cancellation terms apply based on the time remaining between the booking confirmation and the scheduled check-in date:

  • For cancellations made 90 days or more before the charter start date: 20% of the total tour cost is deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance is refunded.
  • For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days prior to the check-in date: 40% of the total tour price is deducted, with the remaining balance refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 29 days of the check-in date: the full tour fee is retained, and no refund is provided.

All guests are encouraged to secure personal travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
