The charter rates below are provided as a guideline for planning purposes. The base charter rate for the Amels 65m is approximately €650,000 per week plus expenses, and high-season or peak-period pricing may increase. Rates can also vary during peak periods, weekends, or special events. Price Includes
The weekly charter fee includes the core yacht hire and standard services and onboard provisions listed below.
• Accommodation for all guests.
• Use of the yacht with full crew (captain + crew).
• Use of onboard facilities and amenities, including Salon, Cabins, Bathrooms, standard furniture, and common areas (Sun deck, Lounge, Dining areas), as well as stabilisers and air-conditioning.
• Yacht equipment (as per yacht specification), including Navigation and Safety equipment, general maintenance, and usual yacht insurance as covered by the owner/management.
Price Excludes
In addition to the charter fee, the following operational and guest-related expenses are not included and are typically settled via APA or as applicable during the charter.
• Fuel for main engines, generators, tenders, and water-sports equipment.
• Food and beverages, including meals, drinks, special catering, event catering, and guest provisions.
• Port / Marina fees, mooring costs, anchorage fees, customs or clearance fees (if applicable), and harbour taxes.
• Crew gratuities / tips.
• Additional services requested by the charterer.
Optional Add-Ons
Optional services can be arranged in advance (or during the charter where feasible) and are charged in addition to the charter fee.
• Full catering, gourmet food menus, premium wine/spirits, and special dietary requests.
• Use of tenders / all watersports equipment (Jet skis, Waverunners, Dive gear, Seabobs, SUPs, etc.).
• On-shore transfers (VIP transfers, airport pickup / drop-off) or helicopter/boat transfers if needed.
• Special events on board (parties, dinners, decorations, entertainment).
• Additional crew or staff if needed (extra hostess, extra security, event staff).
• Port-to-port relocation costs / repositioning fees (if moving between different countries/regions).
• Any special permits / paperwork required depending on cruise region, customs/immigration, etc.
Dining & Onboard Services
All food and beverage arrangements are coordinated by the yacht’s Chef and Interior Team to ensure smooth provisioning and service throughout the charter. The following rules apply.
Menu Selection & Dietary Requirements
• Guests must provide all dietary preferences, allergies, and menu selections at least 7 days prior to the charter start.
• The Chef will prepare a customized menu based on guest preferences, including international cuisine, Middle Eastern dishes, and special dietary options such as vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, or children’s meals.
Provisioning & Supplies
• All food, beverages, and special provisions are purchased through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).
• This includes everyday meals, snacks, soft drinks, juices, and guest-requested alcoholic beverages.
• Premium, imported, or specialty items can be sourced upon request, subject to regional availability.
Alcohol & Beverage Policy
• Alcoholic beverages are not included in the charter fee.
• Guests may request wine, spirits, champagne, and premium selections in advance.
• The cost of all beverages (including mixers and specialty drinks) is deducted from the APA.
Special Requests & Luxury Items
• Requests for premium seafood, caviar, specialty meats, imported delicacies, or event catering must be pre-booked.
• These items may require additional sourcing time and may be subject to higher market pricing.
Additional Guests & Event Catering
• If additional guests or onboard events are planned (dinners, parties, celebrations), a detailed food and beverage plan must be submitted in advance.
• Extra catering costs, additional staff requirements, and setup fees will be charged through the APA.
Consumption Tracking & End-of-Charter Statement
• Food and beverage expenses are recorded daily by the Chief Stewardess.
• A final expense statement is provided at the end of the charter.
• Any unused APA funds are refunded to the charterer.
Last-Minute Requests
• The crew will do their best to fulfill last-minute requests, however availability cannot be guaranteed in all cruising locations.
• Urgent sourcing or delivery fees may apply and will be charged to the APA.
Payment Policy
To secure the booking and confirm the charter dates, the following prepayment schedule applies.
• A 50% non-refundable advance payment of the total charter fee is required at the time of booking; the reservation is confirmed only once payment is received and the Charter Agreement is fully executed.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the charter commencement date.
• The final payment must include all mandatory charges, including VAT (where applicable), port fees, service charges, and any additional confirmed extras.
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
The APA is a pre-funded operating account used to manage variable expenses during the charter.
• An APA of 30% of the charter fee is required together with the final balance payment.
• The APA covers operational expenses such as fuel, food and beverages, guest transfers, marina fees, and any special requests.
• A final expense statement will be provided at charter end and any unused APA funds will be refunded to the charterer.
