Seasonal Pricing

• Low Season: $7,000 per hour

• High Season: $7,000 per hour

Price Includes

Your charter rate covers the yacht hire with a licensed captain and experienced crew, plus standard operating inclusions for a harbour cruise.

• Fully skippered charter with licensed captain and experienced crew

• Use of the yacht and all onboard facilities during the charter period

• Fuel for standard harbour cruising (unless otherwise stated)

• Access to onboard entertainment systems and amenities

• Use of water toys and swimming equipment (weather and conditions permitting)

• Standard cleaning after the charter

• Marine insurance and safety equipment

Price Excludes

Additional services and premium items are not included unless pre-arranged and confirmed in writing prior to the charter.

• Catering and beverage packages (unless pre-arranged)

• Premium alcohol, champagne, and specialty beverages

• Additional fuel for extended cruising or offshore use (if applicable)

• Special event setup, decorations, or themed styling

• Marina fees outside the standard embarkation/disembarkation location (if applicable)

• Crew gratuities (optional and at guest discretion)

• Any additional services not specifically listed under “Price Includes”

Dining & Onboard Services

Dining can be tailored to your plan, whether BYO or catered, with chef service available on request and subject to availability.

• Full BYO food and beverages permitted unless otherwise specified

• Catering packages available upon request at an additional cost

• Professional chef service available on request (subject to availability)

• Guests are responsible for supplying their own food and drinks for BYO charters

• All food and beverage arrangements must be confirmed in advance

• Red wine and staining food items may be restricted at the operator’s discretion

Payment Policy

A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Last-minute bookings may require full payment upfront.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the charter booking

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days prior to the charter date

• Full payment may be required for last-minute bookings

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy

• Payment methods and bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation

• The charter is confirmed only once the deposit has been received

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and fees apply based on the notice period provided.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp

• The charter deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the charter date will forfeit the deposit only

• Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the charter date will incur 75% of the total charter fee

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date will incur 100% of the total charter fee

• No-shows or late arrivals resulting in reduced charter time are non-refundable

• The operator reserves the right to cancel the charter due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns

• In the event of operator cancellation, guests will be offered rescheduling or a full refund, excluding any third-party costs

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days
