Standard Booking Rules

1. Reservation and Confirmation

• All booking requests are subject to yacht, skipper and berth availability.
• A submitted booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
• The charter is confirmed only after the operator has accepted the booking and the required deposit has been received.
• A deposit equal to 50% of the final confirmed amount is required to secure the yacht.
• The remaining balance must be paid before embarkation, according to the payment schedule stated in the final booking confirmation or charter agreement.
• Availability may change without notice until the deposit has been received and formally acknowledged.

2. Charter Type and Skipper

• This yacht is offered as a skippered charter only.
• No sailing licence or previous boating experience is required from guests.
• The skipper retains final authority concerning navigation, safety, route selection, anchoring, mooring and harbour entry.
• All guests must follow the skipper’s reasonable instructions relating to safety and conduct aboard.
• The itinerary may be adjusted when required by weather, sea conditions, harbour restrictions or other operational considerations.

3. Embarkation and Disembarkation

• Embarkation is normally arranged from Vlorë or Orikum Marina, subject to final scheduling and operational availability.
• The exact meeting point, embarkation time and disembarkation arrangements will be provided in the final booking confirmation.
• Guests must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
• Late arrival does not automatically extend the charter period or entitle guests to a refund or price reduction.

4. Guest Information

• The lead guest must provide accurate contact information and the correct number of passengers.
• The operator must be informed in advance about children, mobility requirements, medical considerations, allergies or other matters relevant to safety or service delivery.
• Valid identification or passport information may be required before embarkation.
• The yacht’s permitted guest capacity must not be exceeded.
• Any change to the number or identity of guests must be communicated and approved before embarkation.

5. Prices, Inclusions and Additional Services

• The final booking confirmation will specify the charter price, mandatory charges, inclusions, exclusions and optional extras.
• Optional catering, transfers, alcoholic beverages and special arrangements must be requested in advance and may require additional payment.
• Any service not expressly identified as included in the final confirmation must be treated as excluded.
• Restaurant meals, personal expenses and independently ordered services are payable directly by guests unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

6. Catering and Provisions

• Half-board catering may be requested in advance, subject to availability.
• Full-board catering is not available aboard this yacht.
• Guests may request permission to bring their own food, drinks and provisions.
• Allergies and dietary requirements must be disclosed before confirmation. Specific menu requests remain subject to local availability.
• Dinner stops may be arranged at coastal restaurants. Restaurant bills are payable separately by guests.
• Alcoholic beverages may be supplied upon advance request and charged separately.

7. Security Deposit, Damage and Personal Property

• No security deposit is normally required for this skippered charter.
• Guests remain financially responsible for any loss or damage caused deliberately, negligently or through failure to follow the skipper’s instructions.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings throughout the charter.
• The operator and booking platform cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings lost, damaged or left aboard.

8. Weather and Itinerary Changes

• All routes, destinations, swimming stops and overnight anchorages are subject to suitable weather and navigational conditions.
• Any advertised or suggested itinerary is illustrative and is not guaranteed.
• The skipper may amend, shorten, postpone or cancel any part of the itinerary when reasonably necessary for safety.
• Where adverse conditions materially affect the charter, any applicable remedy will be determined according to the final operator terms and charter agreement.
• A change of itinerary made for safety reasons does not automatically constitute cancellation of the charter.

9. Guest Conduct

• Guests must behave responsibly and must not endanger the yacht, skipper, other passengers or the marine environment.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and with the skipper’s approval.
• Illegal substances, dangerous behaviour and excessive intoxication are prohibited.
• Pets, large equipment and special sporting gear require prior written approval.
• Nothing may be discharged into the sea except where expressly permitted by applicable maritime and environmental regulations.
• The skipper may terminate the charter without refund if a guest’s conduct creates a serious safety risk or repeatedly disregards reasonable instructions.

10. Cancellation and Amendments

• Cancellation and amendment conditions will be stated in the final quotation or charter agreement and must be accepted before payment.
• Date changes, guest changes and additional requests are subject to availability and may affect the final price.
• Guests should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until the yacht booking has been formally confirmed.
• Travel and cancellation insurance are strongly recommended.

11. Photography and Listing Accuracy

• Photographs represent the offered yacht or the most recent material supplied for the vessel.
• Minor differences may arise following maintenance, operational updates or replacement of onboard equipment and furnishings.
• The final booking confirmation takes precedence over older advertisements, gallery captions, starting prices or third-party information.
• If a particular feature, facility or item of equipment is essential, guests must request written confirmation before booking.

12. Acceptance of the Rules

By paying the required deposit or otherwise confirming the reservation, the lead guest acknowledges and accepts these booking rules, the final quotation, the operator’s applicable charter conditions and the skipper’s authority regarding safety and navigation.
